Regarding the Termination of Our Data Center Operations in Türkiye

Dear Customers,

Today, we would like to share an important and deeply difficult decision regarding the future of our company.

As Blurpx Teknoloji Yazılım Limited Şirketi, we have made the difficult decision to cease our commercial data center operations in Türkiye effective December 1, 2026, due to prevailing market conditions, rising operational costs, and economic challenges that have negatively impacted the sustainability of our business.

This decision was reached after extensive deliberation and careful consideration of all available alternatives. Bringing an end to operations that we have built and maintained with years of dedication, hard work, and commitment has been far from easy for us.

Service Migration and Transition Process

Throughout this transition, our highest priority is to minimize any disruption to our valued customers and provide the necessary support to ensure the continuity of your services.

To facilitate a smooth transition:

• Technical assistance will be provided to help you migrate your existing services to an alternative service provider.

• Our team will assist you with the migration of websites, hosting accounts, servers, email services, and other related infrastructure.

• We will support a carefully planned migration process to minimize the risks of data loss and service interruptions.

• All migration and transition-related requests will be handled as a priority until the official termination date of our operations.

Important Deadline: December 1, 2026

To avoid any potential disruption, we strongly encourage you to migrate your existing services and data to your new service provider and complete all necessary backups before this date.

Thank You for Being Part of Our Journey

Throughout our journey at Blurpx, the trust you placed in us, the partnerships we built, and the support you have shown us over the years have meant more than words can express.

From the very beginning, our mission was never simply to provide technology and infrastructure services. We aspired to build lasting relationships founded on trust, reliability, and mutual respect.

Although circumstances have brought us to a point where we must bring this chapter to a close, we will always cherish the experiences we shared, the challenges we overcame together, and the meaningful relationships we built along the way.

Every customer who chose Blurpx became part of our story, and for that, we are truly grateful.

As we prepare to say goodbye to this chapter of our journey, please know that your trust and support will always remain an important part of our company's history.
