Terms of Service, EULA and Privacy Policy

Welcome to Blurpx LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This document constitutes a binding legal agreement containing the Terms of Service, End User License Agreement (EULA), and Privacy Policy for our mobile applications. By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

PART I: END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & TERMS OF USE

1. License Grant and Restrictions

Blurpx LTD grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our mobile applications strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the applications.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Premium Services)

Some of our applications offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. If you choose to purchase a subscription, the following terms apply:

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified at the time of purchase) and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment: Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store (iTunes) Account or Google Play Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
Refunds: All purchases are handled securely by Apple and Google. Refunds are subject to their respective refund policies and must be requested directly through their platforms.

3. Apple’s Standard EULA Integration

For iOS users, this EULA supplements Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). In the event of any conflict, the terms of Apple’s Standard EULA or this document, whichever is more restrictive regarding user data protection and safety, shall prevail.

PART II: PRIVACY POLICY (DATA PROTECTION)

4. Information We Collect

Depending on the application features, we may collect:

Account Info: Name, email address, and authentication tokens (via Appwrite, Google, or Apple Auth).
Location Data: Precise geolocation (latitude/longitude) is collected only with your explicit real-time permission for map-based features.
User Content: Text messages, chat history, collaborative to-do lists, and media uploaded by users.
Technical Data: User ID, Device ID, and crash logs for software diagnostics.

5. Data Usage and Security

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
App Functionality: Data is processed securely via modern backend infrastructure (like Appwrite) strictly to enable chat, live tracking, and account synchronization.
Encryption: All data in transit is protected using standard HTTPS/SSL encryption protocols.

6. User Control & Account Deletion

You retain full control over your data. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent erasure of your data. You can completely and permanently delete your account and all associated server records at any time using the native “Delete Account” option located within the application settings.

PART III: MISCELLANEOUS

7. Children’s Privacy

Our applications do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we discover any such data has been transmitted, it will be deleted immediately.
